Pat Garrett, Realtors Property Management Services offers residential leasing and property management of single family homes and duplexes in Lubbock. Our leasing agents hold a Texas real estate license as required by State law. 


Pat Garrett Realtors manages over 400 properties across the Lubbock area. This office has been actively managing rental properties for over 40 years.

Porter Garrett established the company in 1940. Pat joined his father in the 50's and continued to grow the business . Pat Garrett Realtors has grown to become one of the oldest, most recognized locally owned real estate companies in Lubbock.   The legacy is carried on by his daughter, Karleen Garrett Boyd, acting broker & owner. Chad McDougal, grandson,  will continue the legacy as he carries the banner into the future. Chad, an active realtor, handles most of the day to day responsibilities.

Full Service Contract

Our full service contract includes property make ready services, marketing the property using various web sites, and yard signs, tenant screening for credit quality and criminal background check, completing the lease agreement with all addenda, rent collection, handling all maintenance and repair calls, monthly statements accounting for all funds, move out processes and security deposit accounting. Rent proceeds are automatically deposited to the owners account. When necessary, we handle the eviction and collection processes. The property owner pays a leasing fee for each new tenant and a management fee based on monthly rent rate.

Our licensed agents stay updated on all applicable tenant landlord laws. Security Deposits are held in the company’s trust account for safe keeping. Upon move-out of the tenants, a full accounting in accordance with the Texas Property Code is provided to the tenant.

Rent and other fees can be paid on-line using our Resident portal. Residents can use a credit card or electronic check, making rent payments easy and convenient. Please call our office at 806-795-0611 to set up a consultation to discuss your needs and our services.
